We have been making floral and holiday arrangements for decades, and take pride in our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

If you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of the shipment.

Q. Do you have a retail store?

A. Yes! visit us at our Fairfield, Connecticut Location. Check our homepage or call for directions and hours of operation.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept online?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal Express. We cannot currently accept personal checks or C.O.D.

Q. Why do I need to choose a Paypal password when entering my credit card information?

A. Paypal processes all of our credit card payments. We chose this system in order to ensure secure transactions for our site, and for our customers. If you do not wish to process your order through Paypal, you can pay for your order by phone. Just call us at 203-333-5662.

Q. I do not wish to order on the internet, and I cannot visit your store. How else can I place an order?

Q.  Do you create arrangements for events and weddings?

A. Yes, we create floral decorations for Weddings, Parties, and other Events. Visit www.ganimsflorist to see our work. You can also fill out an online consultation request there, or call us to set up an appointment. 

Q. Do you deliver locally?

A. We deliver to local churches, colleges, funeral homes, and cemeteries, in addition to residences and businesses.  Our typical delivery areas include Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Shelton, Southport, Trumbull, Westport. A local delivery charge applies.

Delivery to areas outside of the Fairfield and Bridgeport Connecticut areas may be possible for additional fees. Please call us for more information.
